Longtime AIM employee and partner Sandy Warner retired in July 1, 2015. Upon her retirement, the remaining partners executed a corporate stock redemption of her shares. President Sue LaBonville (75.25%) and Vice President Anne Herron (24.75%) now serve as AIM’s exclusive shareholders and company leaders. Under this new consolidated ownership structure, AIM will continue to compete with agility and flexibility adapting to, and capitalizing on, market opportunities.
Sue, Anne, and the AIM staff would like to congratulate Sandy on her recent retirement. She began her career at AIM in 1996 as a part-time researcher and analyst. In 2005, when founder Hedi Allis retired, Sandy became a partner in the firm and held a position as vice president of finance and HR.
Sandy’s steady and thoughtful leadership helped AIM accomplish a myriad of strategic goals while navigating the complex challenges of the global recession. AIM wishes her well in future endeavors. She will be missed.
